Telus is certainly using customer feedback to improve their quality of service, as they had the lowest number of wireless complaints according to the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services’ latest annual report.
I’ve personally been a customer of TELUS for almost a decade and I can attest to their willingness to resolve any problems or concerns I’ve brought forward to their customer service.
