It takes a special kind of moron to think that people who publicly urinate will stop doing so if a little splash-back happens to graze their legs. In a recent decision to waste thousands of tax payer dollars, San Francisco Public Works Director, Mohammed Nuru, has implemented a program to apply Ultra-Ever Dry paint on the walls in certain parts of the city where public urination is common. The special hydrophobic paint is designed to repel the urine so that it bounces back at the subject.
I know San Francisco is ran by idiots, but wouldn’t imposing stricter penalties on public urination be a better solution? How about make those who are caught urinating in public, wash the walls around the city that smell like piss. I bet that would start to turn things around.
